Queen's Jubilee Flotilla - 3rd June

The Queen's Jubilee Flotilla in London - we joined one million others to celebrate the Queen's diamond jubilee, 60 years after her coronation in 1952.





We got a great viewing spot and some awesome photos!







The kiwi Commonwealth representatives even joined in singing "God Save the Queen" and "Rule Brittania" !!!

Brooklands + Mercedes World - 2nd June

Boys trip out to the Brooklands Car and Plane Museum and Mercedes World today while the girls went shopping.  Saw heaps of cool boy stuff including Ayrton Senna's F1 racing car, a Harrier Jet, WWII Hurricane and Wellington Bomber, and a tour through one of the last surviving Concordes!

Stonehenge - 1st June

We have left Hotel Chisholm and moved down to Weybridge - staying with our old friends Paul and Tracy Campbell who we first met in Peru!




Borrowed their car today and took the boys on a day trip out to Stonehenge.

London Natural History Museum - 29th May

Spent the whole day exploring the Natural History Museum

Favourite exhibits were:
- Dinosaur fossils and the T-Rex
- The life sized Blue Whale
- Gemstones,  Minerals, and The Vault

Visited this World War II warship moored as a floating museum on the Thames.

Boys enjoyed the big guns.

Tarsha enjoyed being Captain (as usual)!

Tower of London - 28th May

Visited the Tower of London to see the Crown Jewels!
